The smallest, and not tied to paper

Compared with the best-selling printers, copiers and instant cameras on Amazon UK, it is the smallest, prints on the most surfaces, and copies, scans and talks.

Integration
One device replaces photo printers and portable office printers, and opens uses such as circuits and wearables.
Cost
Built on established manufacturing supply chains, so more function comes at a competitive price.
First mover
The first product of its kind, so we set the market's expectations and earn early loyalty.

How it makes money

Printers

Tiered models by configuration: black and white entry, colour, and advanced. Higher tiers carry higher margins.

Accessories

Standard and special cartridges (UV, conductive), a continuous ink supply system, and add-on modules.

Software

Cloud storage and the AI assistant, as a subscription.

Early products

Finished sub-modules can ship as products of their own before the full printer, bringing customer feedback and revenue during development.

Low start-up cost, low risk

The first production run is small, and manufacturing spend grows batch by batch with sales. The more we make, the lower the cost of each printer.

Manufacturing that grows with sales

Manufacturing spend is variable and batch-based, not locked in at the start of the year.

  1. 1Orders fill a batch
  2. 2Make the batch
  3. 3Sell units
  4. 4Reinvest profit

Cash goes to R&D, tooling, prototype work and commercial validation. The product is designed for mass manufacture from day one, on stable supply-chain parts.
